Teisė. LANVA grasina Linkomanijai. Ar tai rimta?

Užmačiau nuorodą į straipsnį “Už „piratavimą” reikalaus 0,5 mln. Lt“ delfyje.
Esmė:
Lietuvos antipiratinės veiklos asociacija (LANVA) ruošia dokumentus teismui ir planuoja bendrovei, administruojančiai tinklalapį linkomanija.net, pateikti 0,5 mln. Lt ieškinį žalai atlyginti.
Mano komentaras:
Man atrodo, kad LANVA pati netiki sėkminga bylos baigtim. Jei žinotų, kad laimės, tai ne per delfi perspėtų lm, o eitų teisman ir pradėtų žygius. Koks kitoks tikslas tokių pranešimų? Tipo “būkit geri, patys užsidarykit“? :) Net jei ras įrodymų (pagrįstų ir įrodomų tiksliai), ar tik nesibaigs kaip ThePirateBay.org? Šunys loja, o karavanas eina? :)
